Prior to operating on the Polygon Network, RuufCoin was called HomeCoin (HOME) and existed on the Ethereum Network. Due to the astronomical Ethereum network fees, RuufPay transitioned the token to the Polygon Network and rebranded to RuufCoin (RUUF). The Polygon layer 2 scaling solution allows faster and cheaper transactions for users. All HOME holders were airdropped an equal amount of RUUF, plus an additional 1% reward for being project supporters.
